Guidewire Full Stack Developer OneAuto Embedded UI

About the Project

The OneAuto Embedded UI is a custom Sales Experience interface embedded within Olympus and New Q&I platforms. It enables users to access OneAuto quoting capabilities seamlessly, enhancing the end-to-end sales and quoting workflow.

As a Guidewire Full Stack Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and integrating this embedded UI, ensuring seamless Guidewire integration and a high-quality, scalable user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop high-quality frontend components for the embedded sales experience UI.
  • Build and maintain backend services and APIs to support OneAuto quoting workflows.
  • Implement and optimize GraphQL/subgraph integrations for efficient data federation.
  • Lead Guidewire integration efforts to connect Olympus, New Q&I, and OneAuto systems.
  • Collaborate with QA automation, DevOps, and security teams to ensure reliable, secure deployments.
  • Participate in architectural and design discussions to maintain technical best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the full stack.
  • Work in Agile/Scrum teams to deliver incremental, high-quality releases.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 6+ years of professional experience in full stack development.
  • Mandatory: Proven Guidewire integration experience (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter).
  • Strong frontend development skills using frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.
  • Proficiency in backend development with Node.js, Java, or equivalent technologies.
  • Experience with GraphQL/subgraph architecture and API development.
  • Strong understanding of system integration, including REST and GraphQL APIs.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
  • Knowledge of security best practices for web and API development.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional teams.

Project Scope

The Servicing Technology team is expanding engineering capacity to accelerate the development of Guidewire-based service experiences for customers, employees, and agents. The objective is to expedite delivery of these experiences with a target completion of Q4 2026.

As a Guidewire Frontend & Mobile Developer, you will play a key role in building modern, responsive, and efficient service experiences across web and mobile platforms, tightly integrated with Guidewire systems.

Responsibilities

  • Develop frontend solutions for web and mobile platforms using React, Angular, iOS, and Android technologies.
  • Build and maintain APIs to support service workflows and Guidewire integrations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, QA, and DevOps) to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
  • Implement and maintain Guidewire integrations within customer, employee, and agent service experiences.
  • Ensure adherence to code quality, performance, and security best practices.

Project Scope

The E2E Quality Assurance (QCC) team ensures unbiased verification of end-to-end business processes spanning Guidewire PolicyCenter and other enterprise platforms such as Node.js, React, Angular, and Java Spring Boot.

As a Guidewire QA Engineer, you will drive high-quality software delivery by designing and executing comprehensive testing strategies, including manual and automated testing, defect management, and traceability across complex systems.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute end-to-end test plans for Guidewire and multi-platform business processes.
  • Create manual and automated test cases for Guidewire PolicyCenter and integrated systems.
  • Perform defect triage, root cause analysis, and detailed reporting.
  • Ensure traceability of requirements to test cases and defects.
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to mitigate risks.
  • Enhance and maintain automation frameworks integrated with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Advocate for quality standards and best practices across development and deployment cycles.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 6+ years of experience in quality assurance, with a focus on end-to-end testing.
  • Mandatory: Hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter testing.
