Responsibilities:
- Development and maintenance projects, Production Support & Incident Management.
- Actively participate in release planning, daily stand up as well as working & helping team with tactical activities like PL/SQL, ETL Development, maintenance, code review, performance tuning, bug fix, solve production incidents, design optimization etc.
- Recommending and following the best engineering practices.
- Building quality solutions that align with the technology blueprint and standard methodologies to solve business problems by driving design, development, and ongoing support.
Experience Requirements:
- Strong in Oracle and Postgres database concepts.
- Hands-on development in SQL / PL SQL which includes performance tuning, writing packages, stored procedures, fix skills etc.
- Should have some exposure to Data modeling so that he/she can contribute in terms of redesigning of database objects, especially during performance issues.
- Hands-on development experience in Informatica PowerCenter.
- Exposure to UNIX Environment and scripting.
- Exposure to Control M, Source Tree.
- Having knowledge in cloud concepts (Aws/Azure), snowflake, data lake is preferred.
- Excellent communications and interpersonal.
- Creative, energetic, outspoken hands-on professional who enjoys the challenge of change.
- Exposure to Finance and Market is preferred.
- Strong written and oral communication skills along with a good attention to detail.
- Ability to perform independent technical analysis on complex projects.
- High level of dedication, initiative, vision, and enthusiasm.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology.
