Job Details

Genesis10 is currently seeking an Application Programmer with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract position.

Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to current business objectives as planned and prioritized in PI Planning by the platform management team
  • Follow established written procedures, guidelines and techniques, develop, enhance, test, support, maintain, and debug software applications that support business units or support functions
  • Work under general direction on the most complex projects, often on multiple phases, and seek guidance and direction from more senior associates or manager, as needed
  • Responsible for the completion of a phase of a project
  • Provide guidance and checks the work of less experienced associates
  • Work with onsite team to determine needs and apply/customize existing technology to meet those requirements
  • Maintain existing software systems by identifying and correcting software defects
  • Maintain and support multiple projects and deadlines
  • Document and report application specifics
  • Create technical specifications and test plans
  • Provide weekend on call support during application releases
  • Provide Story point estimates and design
  • Review code and ensure governor limits are considered
  • Have full accountability of team deliverables
  • Mentor Junior team members to scale up

Requirements:
  • B.E./ B. Tech/M.E./M. Tech/BSC/MSC/BCA/MCA (prefer IT/CS specialization)
  • PD 1 certification
  • 6-10 years of experience
  • 6-8 years of experience on salesforce.com platform
  • Salesforce, Mule ETL
  • Apex, Triggers and Administration, Mule Informatica
  • RDBMS
  • Understanding of Credit Underwriting Technologies
  • Knowledge of nCino
  • Knowledge of ETL- Informatica
  • Experience on Lightning implementations
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Work experience on Mule or ETL Integration knowledge with at least 3 to 4 Integrations
  • Must have handled a minimum of 3-4 implementations around sales, service cloud for large enterprises that involved significant customizations using the force.com platform
  • Experience of salesforce.com technical platform including apex, triggers, batch Apex, Visual force, etc.
  • Knowledge of advanced visual force components, Chatter API, etc.
  • Good knowledge of salesforce recommended best practice around design and development
  • Proven experience and attitude of Supporting Production releases, resolved problems and ability to work odd hours to support the business demands
  • Extensive experience working in Safe Agile and onsite/offshore model
  • Deployment using complex enterprise Force.com release management and knowledge of Force.com Metadata API
  • Ability to build integration and interfaces using SFDC Web Services API
  • Experience delivering projects based on Agile/XP methodologies
  • A proactive approach to problem solving and think innovatively
  • Good understanding of the functional testing process, scenarios and what to expect from a testing sequence
  • Strong problem identifying and solving ability
  • Ability to understand and maintain existing automated scripts based on the specifications and validate that the solution provided meets the requirements and provide inputs
  • Knowledge on any automation tool
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly committed and ability to work in fast paced environment against tight deadlines
  • Ability to work in international virtual teams and in matrix structures and being a good team player

Pay range: $55.06 - $63.06
