Location: MN-Richfield, Hybrid 3-4 days onsite

Crew data analysis associates bring data insights to life with predictive and descriptive analytics, create meaningful business intelligence and data visualization dashboards, and learn data profiling and cloud data practices.

Responsibilities:

Gather and analyze multiple large datasets to identify root causes of performance trends

Provide insights and analysis to internal business partners to help craft sales proposals, develop data-driven media plans, optimize campaigns, and inform future campaign strategy

Leverage critical thinking skills to scope analyses that address key business questions and inform actionable opportunities

Qualifications:

1+ years of experience in an analytics/insights/measurement role, or other relevant experience

Strong communication skills, written and verbal; with the ability to express complex ideas in a clear and concise manner to various audiences

Strong attention to detail skills; ability to identify reporting abnormalities

Advanced experience with Microsoft Office tools, specifically Excel (advanced formulas and pivot tables) and PowerPoint (data visualizations and storytelling)

Ability to work autonomously with sometimes vague and shifting directions

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in a related field

2+ years media experience with a focus on advertising campaign analytics

Experience with advanced analytic techniques/tools (ex: Tableau, SQL querying)

Experience with marketing measurement and analytics methods (e.g.: Media Mix Modeling, Multi-Touch Attribution, In-market Testing, etc.)

Understanding of ad serving platforms (such as Google Ad Manager, Campaign Manager, SA360, DV360) and how ad serving works across websites and apps

The salary range for this role is $62,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent.
