Job Details
We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer to support our banking client's API development and infrastructure maintenance initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background with hands-on experience in Spring Boot, Java-based APIs, Jenkins Pipelines, and Dynatrace monitoring within data center environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and enhance existing API solutions used in core banking applications.
- Collaborate closely with other developers, testers, and operations to coordinate development efforts and ensure timely delivery.
- Prioritize and manage multiple development tasks, providing regular updates on progress and blockers.
- Prepare and execute production deployments and software releases, ensuring system stability and uptime.
- Monitor applications using Dynatrace and assist in root cause analysis and debugging of production issues.
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in:
- Spring Boot
- Java API Development
- Dynatrace Monitoring and Analysis
- Debugging Complex Java Applications
- CI/CD using Jenkins Pipeline
- Data Center Deployment and Support
- Familiarity with RESTful services
- Experience with Gherkin or BDD tools/frameworks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to articulate technical issues clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven team collaboration skills in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
