Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain Anaplan models in line with best practices (DISCO methodology).

  • Translate business requirements into Anaplan solutions across Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, or Workforce Planning.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and project managers to deliver planning solutions.

  • Develop dashboards, modules, lists, and workflows to optimize end-user experience.

  • Ensure data integration between Anaplan and source systems (ERP, CRM, HR systems, etc.).

  • Maintain model documentation, data dictionaries, and process flows.

  • Perform testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of Anaplan models.

  • Provide end-user training, support, and ongoing enhancements.

  • Stay current with Anaplan platform updates and incorporate new features to improve model efficiency.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or related field.

  • 2 6+ years of experience with Anaplan model building (depending on level).

  • Certified Anaplan Solution Architect or higher)

  • Strong experience in data modeling, forecasting, and planning processes.

  • Solid understanding of DISCO methodology and best practices in model building.

  • Hands-on experience with data integration tools (Informatica, MuleSoft, SnapLogic, or APIs).

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
