Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Infrastructure Program Manager to lead the delivery of two enterprise-scale programs AIM (Application Infrastructure Maintenance) and TLM (Technology Lifecycle Management) across 30+ U.S. manufacturing, warehouse, and data center sites. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in data center transformation, server refresh, virtualization, and cloud migration, with proven success managing cross-functional teams and executive-level stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Portfolio Leadership

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AIM and TLM infrastructure programs
• Develop and maintain roadmaps, RACI matrices, governance structures, and milestone tracking
• Align execution with Portfolio Director and Technical Director

Project Management Oversight

• Oversee planning and execution of:
• WCS OS/DB/Application Upgrades
• Manufacturing P2V Migrations
• GES Compute Refresh
• TLM Compute Refresh (Azure + Datacenter Servers)
• FPS Print/File Cloud Migrations
• Manage risk mitigation, budget adherence, vendor coordination, and execution milestones

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

• Interface with customers for roadmap alignment, escalations, and sign-offs
• Coordinate across teams including Field IT, WaveTech, Rubrik, NetApp, DNS, and App Owners
• Drive cadence calls, status reporting, and change management communications

Execution Excellence

• Ensure deliverables meet quality and timeliness expectations
• Guide cutover planning, hypercare, site coordination, and post-migration operations
• Lead lessons learned, documentation closure, and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 10 15+ years of experience managing large-scale IT infrastructure programs
• Strong background in data center transformation, compute/server refresh, and virtualization (ESXi, Azure)
• Proven success managing offshore, nearshore, and onsite teams
• Expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies and tools like MS Project, JIRA, and ServiceNow
• Experience with milestone-based financial tracking and performance-based credits
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive-level engagement
• Preferred certifications: PMP, PgMP
