Role: Solutions Architect -HubSpot

Location: Minneapolis, MN

Work mode: Hybrid (on site 2 days a week Tuesday and Thursday)

Rate: $--/hr on CTC or 1099

Type: 6 months to hire

---- is seeking a Solutions Architect to design and engineer custom HubSpot solutions for clients with complex technical needs. This role is split 50/50 between pre-sales collaboration with the Sales team and post-sales support for the Tech team. You ll design scalable, integrated systems using modern coding languages and provide technical leadership from initial scoping through solution delivery.

You will be responsible for:

Client Strategy & Solution Design (Pre-Sales - 50%)

  • Act as the technical lead during sales discovery, solutioning, and proposal development
  • Architect HubSpot-based solutions that may include integrations with third-party systems and custom applications
  • Translate client goals and business requirements into scalable, phased technical solutions
  • Create technical documentation, statements of work, solution diagrams, and timelines
  • Lead or support sales presentations and technical demos
  • Contribute to scope definitions and risk assessments
  • Collaborate with Sales to ensure solutions are sellable, supportable, and profitable

Technical Leadership & Delivery Oversight (Post-Sales - 50%)

  • Support the Tech team in implementing your architectural designs through hands-on mentorship and code reviews
  • Oversee the technical execution of integrations using tools like Make, APIs, webhooks, and custom-built middleware
  • Ensure system documentation is maintained throughout the project lifecycle
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure the delivered solution aligns with the design and client expectations
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges during project execution
  • Act as a technical escalation point for integration and data-related issues

Qualifications, Education & Experience

Required:

  • 10+ years of experience in software or CRM solution architecture
  • Deep expertise in HubSpot CRM, CMS, and Ops Hub features
  • Proven experience designing and delivering custom integrations (REST APIs, middleware, etc.)
  • Proficiency with coding languages such as C# and Python
  • Experience with GitHub and version control best practices
  • Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

  • Experience in pre-sales engineering or sales solutioning
  • Knowledge of MarTech, RevOps, or B2B SaaS ecosystems
