Job Title: Sales Manager CPG
Location: Dallas, TX
Job Overview:
Hitachi is seeking an experienced and results-driven young and dynamic Sales Manager to expand our footprint across the CPG sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth across the Midwest to East Coast regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to open new accounts in CPG sectors.
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across assigned territories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, competition, and customer challenges.
- Provide regular updates, forecasts, and pipeline reports to senior leadership.
Required Qualifications:
- 10-12 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, preferably in technology, consulting, or digital transformation.
- Proven track record of new account acquisition in CPG industries.
- Strong network and understanding of the Midwest and East Coast business landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-driven, strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to travel as needed within the assigned region.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with global clients or large enterprise accounts.
- Background in selling technology, engineering, or digital services solutions.
