Job Details

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Marketing Loyalty Consultant for a CONTRACT/ assignment with one of our premier Hospitality clients in REMOTE.
30 hours per week
Contract through 12/2025
100% remote

The Company Rewards team is seeking an experienced consultant at the Senior Manager or Director level to support key loyalty initiatives. This role will be instrumental in driving forward critical projects, maintaining strong field engagement and enrollment programs, and ensuring continuity across several loyalty-related programs.

New Loyalty Initiatives
  • Act as the primary point of contact for major loyalty program initiatives
  • Manage project workflows and timelines, ensuring steady progress
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with key business partners
  • Oversee development of digital programs
  • Track program results and provide regular updates to leadership
  • Support communication strategy and execution
Field Engagement Program Management
  • Manage field engagement programs including communications and points disbursement
  • Serve as the primary contact for internal incentive programs - monitoring the program and supporting international regions
  • Launch and track promotions
  • Serve as the contact for inquiries
  • Assist with quality assurance changes to further integrate loyalty
Ongoing Enrollment Program Management
  • Monitor enrollment initiatives and serve as a liaison from the loyalty team
    • Share regular updates with leadership
  • Monitor enrollment data, proactively identifying trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement. Share insights and recommendations regularly with leadership and create action plans for improvement.
Additional Tasks
  • Conduct brand standards audits to support loyalty integration
  • Manage point budget allocations related to this role and ensure budget adherence
  • Organize and lead global loyalty meetings
  • Manage QR code requests and creation for the Company Rewards team
  • Coordinate with Communications and Loyalty Operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of franchisee communications
