Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our IT Service Management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, development, configuration, and customization of ServiceNow applications and services. You will work closely with stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that improve IT service delivery and automate business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, CMDB, Knowledge, Service Catalog, and more.

  • Design and implement solutions using ServiceNow best practices and standards.

  • Create and maintain business rules, client scripts, UI policies, workflows, and scheduled jobs.

  • Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications and external data sources (REST/SOAP APIs).

  • Work with cross-functional teams to gather and evaluate requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

  • Develop custom applications using ServiceNow s App Engine Studio or scoped applications.

  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment of ServiceNow updates and releases.

  • Provide support, troubleshooting, and performance tuning for ServiceNow environments.

  • Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features, releases, and industry trends.

Required Skills:

5+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
3+ years of ServiceNow experience in building, implementing, and maintaining platform technologies, workflows and integrations
2+ years of JavaScript development experience
2+ years of RESTful or SOAP web services
2+ years of Agile experience
Valid ServiceNow CSA (Certified Systems Administrator) certification
