For U.S. based candidates only, for purposes of complying with U.S. pay transparency requirements, The base pay range for this position is $152,400.00 - 254,000.00 USD per year.
The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for a 15% performance bonus.
*The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
This position will stay open on the career website until at least June 30th, 2025.

Roles and Responsibilities
As the Senior Engineering Manager for the PowerNow Transformation, you will:
- Report solid line to the General Manager, Customer Services Engineering.
- Serve as the Engineering Leader accountable for the transition from the current PowerNow platform to the enhanced PowerNow 2.0 platform.
- Establish yourself as an integral part of the Customer Service Engineering Leadership Team.
- Deliver the PowerNow 2.0 program with focus on scope, schedule, financials, user experience, and business value.
- Lead a team of direct reports in developing the Business Requirements Documents to be implemented by IT peers and partners.
- Serve as program lead for additional aspects including user testing and post-implementation support.
- Report out periodically to the PowerNow 2.0 Steering Committee, sharing status of scope, schedule, and financials, as well as action plans.
- Lead PowerNow 1.0 productivity enhancements, as applicable.
- Support other initiatives including process improvement and DataNow development.
- Protect the intellectual property of GE Vernova.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related technical discipline.
- At least 10 years engineering experience in Gas Power industry.
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to identify and manage team program risks.
- Must be flexible with working hours to manage development and implementation of global platform.
- Willing to travel regionally or globally, as needed ~ <10% annually.
Eligibility Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship now or in the future.
- Must be able to work 100% onsite.
- Relocation assistance only considered from within the USA.
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with existing PowerNow platform.
- Proven interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to think strategically, be creative and move quickly.
- Experience in Project Management skillset (scope management, schedule management, financial management, communications management, risk management, etc.)
- Proven ability to manage a complex cross-functional program.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, experienced in creating and presenting to other stake holders.
- Proven interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to think strategically, be creative and move quickly.
- Able to work to deadlines under pressure while maintaining the safety, quality and engineering integrity of the solution.
- Ability to interface effectively with all levels of the organization and with external customers/suppliers.
