QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum bachelor s degree.
Minimum of 6 years experience in developing and maintaining Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) application.
Solid experience with recent versions of CC&B and related Oracle Utilities Solutions (C2M, CCS)
Strong proficiency in design and development of Oracle CC&B Customizations: Batch, Algorithms, Change Handlers, UI Maps, Scripts, Business Objects, Business Services, and Inbound Web Services.
Strong proficiency in Java programming, SQL, and PL/SQL.
Experience in Hibernate Framework, Weblogic Server, and Scripting Languages (Perl/Shell/Ant).
Knowledge of web services, RESTful APIs, and XML/JSON data formats.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
Knowledge of CI/CD tools: Gitlab
Knowledge of Enterprise Schedulers: Cisco TIDAL or similar applications
Excellent troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning skills.
Excellent communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
