Role: UX designer
Remote Role
- 7+ years of progressive experience in digital design, visual design and design systems.
- Highly skilled in Figma (a must), with experience managing design libraries, tokens, and documentation.
- Deep experience of modern UX Design tooling landscape (e.g., Figma, AI-generated research synthesis, AI-driven content automation, ChatGPT, CoPilot)
- A portfolio showcasing design systems work, including contributions to component libraries, interaction patterns, and scalable UI frameworks.
- Experience defining patterns, style guides, performing user testing, and prototyping.
- Solid understanding of software development and how to collaborate with developers
- Self-starter with exceptional time management and organizational skills, with laser-sharp attention to detail and accuracy.
- Bachelor s Degree in UX Design, human-computer interaction, or related field of study or equivalent, relevant work experience
