Job Title: Buyer II

Type: Direct Hire

Salary: $75,000/year

Location: Hybrid – Englewood, CO

Overview:

We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Buyer II to join our clients team. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for purchasing materials, components, and services necessary to support our manufacturing and automation operations. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global organization and play a key role in keeping production on track through strategic vendor communication and sourcing.

Must-Haves:

• Mid-Senior level experience working with SAP in a procurement or supply chain environment
• Proven buyer/purchasing experience in a manufacturing company
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, vendor management, and lead-time control
• Excellent communication skills and ability to operate in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement of goods and services in accordance with project and production timelines
• Maintain accurate purchase order data in SAP and follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery
• Partner with internal stakeholders and global teams to ensure alignment and resolve any supply chain issues
• Proactively track down required information from suppliers and internal contacts, often across international time zones
• Support cost-saving initiatives and identify opportunities for process improvements
