Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior SharePoint Developer with strong experience across SharePoint On-Prem (2007 2019) and Online environments. The role involves designing, developing, supporting, and migrating SharePoint solutions while working closely with stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and user-focused systems. Candidates must have deep technical expertise in development, administration, and workflow automation.

Position: Senior SharePoint Developer
Location: Onsite in DMV area (limited telework possible)
Duration: Long-term contract

Must-Have Skills:

  • Hands-on SharePoint experience across versions (2007 2019, Online)

  • Strong development skills: C#, ASP.NET, SPFx, JavaScript, JQuery, CSS, Visual Studio

  • PowerShell scripting, SQL Server, IIS

  • Workflow automation: SharePoint Designer, Power Automate, Nintex

  • SharePoint migrations from legacy platforms

  • Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI)

  • Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop custom SharePoint applications, web parts, and sites

  • Manage SharePoint migrations (legacy to newer versions/Online)

  • Build workflows and automation using Power Automate and Nintex

  • Configure and maintain SharePoint services (User Profiles, Search, Metadata, permissions)

  • Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and refine solutions

  • Provide Tier-2/3 support and participate in on-call rotations

Nice to Have:

  • Public sector project experience

  • Familiarity with Remedy or similar ticketing tools

  • Strong documentation and cross-functional team skills
