Responsibilities:
- The Network Trunk Provisioning team is responsible for the DS0 trucking network.
- Clients are in the process of modernizing our networks to enable new, groundbreaking products and technologies.
- The candidate will provide training to NTP team members on both existing TDM switch infrastructure and new switch technologies being deployed (Ribbon C20/G6/G6), as well as related VzT systems and procedures.
- Facilitate and track the training requirements/progress of new NTP team members.
- Provide training on switch equipment, VzT systems and processes.
Must Have Skills:
- Candidate must have strong knowledge of voice switching network and technologies (Nortel DMS, Client 5ESS, Siemens, Ribbon G6/C20)
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work closely with internal teams for the training on build, test and turn up of T1s and DS0s
- Knowledge of Client's systems (Access Client, WFA, TIRKs, BDMS)
- Ability to adapt to changing environment and handle multiple priorities
- Proficiency with Google Suite
- Proficiency with Microsoft systems
- Excellent oral and written communication skills

Education/Certifications:
- Relevant bachelor s degree or five years relevant experience in switching, transport and NTP processes and procedures.
