Position: Hyper Automation and AI Automation Process Specialist
Location: 100% Remote

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Hyper Automation and AI Automation Process Specialist to lead the design, development, and deployment of intelligent automation solutions across Tax, Advisory, and Corporate functions. This role is fully remote and requires hands-on expertise in Automation Anywhere (A360 preferred), GenAI tools, and Azure OpenAI to deliver scalable, production-ready automation workflows and AI-driven agents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct process discovery and feasibility assessments with business SMEs to identify automation candidates.

  • Design and implement RPA workflows and AI agents using Automation Anywhere A360, adhering to automation standards and governance.

  • Build and deploy GenAI-enhanced solutions such as intelligent summarization, classification, and data extraction using Azure OpenAI and related APIs.

  • Create reusable libraries, prompt templates, action blocks, and modular design patterns to support scalable development.

  • Manage the full automation lifecycle: design, development, unit testing, UAT support, deployment, and transition to operations.

  • Integrate automation flows with structured/unstructured data sources using OCR, NLP, and cognitive automation tools.

  • Document all aspects of the automation process including technical design, process definition, exception handling, and support playbooks.

  • Monitor deployed automations for performance, resiliency, and proactively recommend improvements.

  • Deliver high-impact automation and GenAI use cases that are fully documented and ready for production deployment.
