Job Title: Business System Analyst with QA Location: Minneapolis, MN its day 1 onsite (Locals only) 6+ months Contract Role
Job Description:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications.
- Work closely with development, QA, and project management teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
- Conduct gap analysis and impact assessments for proposed changes.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to elicit requirements.
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and assist in test case creation and validation.
- Create and maintain process flows, use cases, and user stories.
- Define and maintain a prioritized product backlog in collaboration with Product Owners and stakeholders.
- Write clear and concise user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure stories are well understood and ready for development.
- Support incremental delivery by validating features during sprints and ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Facilitate continuous feedback loops between business and technical teams
