Job Details

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst with hands-on experience in Agiloft Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems and a strong understanding of AI-driven automation. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between legal, procurement, IT, and business stakeholders, driving process improvements and digital transformation initiatives through Agiloft and AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirements Gathering & Analysis:

    • Work with cross-functional teams to elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements related to contract lifecycle processes.

    • Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and workflow analysis.

  • CLM System Management (Agiloft):

    • Configure, maintain, and optimize the Agiloft CLM platform.

    • Translate business needs into system configurations and workflows within Agiloft.

    • Manage integrations between Agiloft and other enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, DocuSign, etc.).

  • AI & Automation:

    • Leverage AI capabilities within or integrated with Agiloft for contract intelligence, metadata extraction, clause analysis, and risk assessment.

    • Evaluate and implement AI tools that enhance contract review, approval workflows, and compliance checks.

  • Project Delivery & Change Management:

    • Support end-to-end CLM implementation and enhancement projects.

    • Provide training, documentation, and user support to ensure successful adoption.

    • Work with IT teams to ensure data security, access controls, and compliance standards are met.

  • Data & Reporting:

    • Create dashboards, reports, and analytics to track KPIs, contract performance, and system usage.

    • Conduct root cause analysis and suggest data-driven improvements.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • experience as a Business Analyst or related role.

  • experience with Agiloft CLM (configuration, workflows, reporting).

  • Solid understanding of contract lifecycle processes and legal operations.

  • Experience working with AI tools in a legal, procurement, or compliance environment.

  • Strong documentation skills (BRDs, user stories, process maps).

  • Experience with Agile/Scrum or hybrid project methodologies.

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with AI technologies such as NLP, machine learning for contract review, or generative AI tools.

  • Experience with integrations between CLM and enterprise platforms (Salesforce, SAP, MS Dynamics).

  • Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA) or Agiloft platform.
