The worker will have experience in a Team Lead, Manager, or Leadership position. Performs planning, organizing, staffing, leading, and disciplinary actions. Serves as an escalation point and assists in troubleshooting and resolving software and hardware failures as needed. Provides technical support, training, process creation and leading various project efforts, and is an exceptional local leader and mentor to junior Technicians.

Required Skills:

  • Experience providing white-glove executive level support
  • Experience leading a support team
  • Experience in KPI management
  • Experience troubleshooting VTC hardware and peripherals in an enterprise environment
