Position Summary

We are seeking a Voice AI Engineer with strong expertise in developing voice virtual assistants, building intelligent workflows using Large Language Models (LLMs), and deep familiarity with modern cloud-native technologies. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy voice-based virtual assistants integrated with natural language understanding and speech recognition systems.
• Create and maintain LLM-powered playbooks to enable contextual, multi-turn, and task-oriented conversations.
• Implement and maintain microservices and backend infrastructure using Python, Kubernetes, Kafka, and AWS Cloud.
• Develop scalable data pipelines and event-driven architectures for real-time assistant interactions.
• Monitor and improve the performance of deployed models and virtual assistants across multiple platforms.
• Apply best practices in security, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code (IaC).

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience developing voice assistants or conversational AI applications.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Cohere, Anthropic) and prompt engineering for building task automation and knowledge playbooks.
• Proficiency in Python for backend/API development and orchestration of ML pipelines.
• Experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration and Kafka for building scalable event-driven systems.
• Strong understanding of AWS services, including Lambda, ECS/EKS, S3, and CloudFormation/Terraform.
• Solid knowledge of REST APIs, authentication protocols (OAuth2), and secure cloud architectures.
• Familiarity with NLU/NLP platforms (e.g., Alexa, Rasa, or custom-built engines) is a plus.
