Responsibilities:
Exp: 10+ years
- Work with business to gather and analyze functional requirements. Translate business requirements into functional and testing designs.
- Develop test scripts.
- Coordinate with client, offshore team, and third-party vendor to perform detailed unit and user acceptance testing.
- Develop and support integration between Peoplesoft and external system using integration broker, Component Interfaces, REST/SOAP APIs and File based integrations.
- Develop custom solutions and enhancements using People code, application engines and File layouts.
- Perform impact analysis and design technical solutions for change requests, enhancements, and bug fixes.
- Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRDs): Create comprehensive BRDs for interfaces, reports, data conversions, and application extensions specific to Oracle Cloud HCM applications.
- Design RICEW Objects: Design and document RICEW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, and Workflows) objects, and prepare the solution blueprint to guide project implementation.
- Communicate Product Features: Articulate product and module features to business teams by conducting product familiarity sessions and technical training as required.
- Data Conversion and Integration Experience: Demonstrated experience with Oracle HCM Cloud data conversions and integration tools, including Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), BI Publisher, HCM Extracts, HDL (HCM Data Loader), UCM, and managed file transfer (MFT) tools.
- Technical Expertise: Strong background in Oracle HCM Cloud technical skills, including data loading, inbound and outbound integrations, extensions, report development (BIP, OTBI), extracts, fast formulas, approval workflows, and custom roles.
- Identify business requirements and map them to the Oracle Cloud ERP functionality
- Conduct Functional Design Workshops for Oracle ERP Cloud projects.
- Identify functionality gaps in Oracle ERP Cloud Fusion, and build extensions for them.
- Document all the business processes in each module.
- Advise client on options, risks, and any impacts on other processes or systems.
- Configure Oracle ERP Cloud Fusion Applications to meet client requirements and document application application set-ups.
- Create business requirement documents for reports, interfaces, data conversions and application extensions for ORACLE ERP Cloud application
