Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Program Manager to support the Vegetation Management organization s strategic shift in operating model for 2026.

This role will be instrumental in consolidating multiple vegetation management programs into two primary inspection programs: Routine Programs and Hazard Control Programs.

This role is about process improvement and change management, as it relates to the consolidation of programs mentioned above, which includes organizing project data across the portfolio. This new organization / process needs to be in place by November. After this work is done, there is a plethora of other work within vegetation management this person can support.

The successful candidate will work cross-functionally with IT, data, training & development, communications, and wildfire mitigation teams to drive process improvement and change management initiatives.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in Program/Project Management experience
  • Focus on process/workflow management rather than traditional project delivery
  • Proven experience managing highly complex projects under tight timelines
  • Ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward in a matrixed environment strong stakeholder management skill
  • Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to synthesize disparate information and consolidate in an organized way
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills able to consolidate information, updates and convey project status and other updates to varied audiences
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including IT, data, training & development, and internal/external communications (ultimately to support field workers and external customers)
  • Familiarity with change management principles and documentation practices
