Additional Responsibilities:
Focus on operational and tactical activities that support the overall strategy of the Security Awareness program
Represent team in meetings outside of department (including external meetings with current and potential vendors)
Research programs, including utilizing, evaluating, and modifying external vendor materials, as necessary
Desire to leverage latest trends, approaches, technology, etc. related to phishing and Security Awareness in general.
Participate in the development and evaluation of vendor relationships and make recommendations for vendor selection
Proactively monitor and analyze organizational data to ensure objectives are met; successfully visualizes relevant data and presents information in a digestible format for varied audiences
Troubleshoot project programs and suggest ways to resolve issues. Stay current on knowledge and research related to area; evaluate and implement for organization, as needed.
Perform task automation and implement process improvements; recommend enhancements that result in increased quality and service.
Actively manage timelines, deadlines and overall milestones of program and adjusts leadership expectations related to any shifts / changes associated with those items.
Maintain established service level agreements to manage customer expectations and quality standards; identifies opportunities for improvement.
This position will allow for a remote work schedule, requiring on-site travel to our St. Louis Headquarters semi-annually for in person meetings.

2+ years of related experience
Prior experience administering and contributing to an IT Security Awareness program
Proficient with data analysis using Excel, including features such as, pivot tables, VLOOKUP's and/ or macros, graph creation.
Experience with transforming data analysis into visual storytelling for leadership audiences
Professional experience and general understanding of cybersecurity and information technology practices
Experience planning projects, coordinating activities, and communicating project status
Experience contributing to the development of a team s standards, processes, and procedures
Must be committed to handling information with discretion and confidentiality; understands some information is not appropriate for open discussion beyond the internal team.
Must be committed to protecting our customers, our employees, and our brands by incorporating security and compliance in all decisions and daily job responsibilities; follows security policies and procedures; continuously identifies and recommends opportunities for improving security
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree Cyber Security or related field
Experience with or key understanding of managing a vendor to expectations outlined in a statement of work
Experience operationalizing a large, complex and timeboxed program
Experience working cross-functionally with other IT teams, business teams, and vendors
