Dynamic Opening for your Program:

SAIC is looking for a junior intelligence analyst to support the Object Based Production (OBP) Team supporting our DIA and USCENTCOM customer in Tampa, Florida. SAIC has been leaders in the fields, and at the Agency, for the past ten years, and is looking to expand the Tampa Team with a junior OBP / Intel Analyst with SIGINT/IMINT, OBP, and database experience.

Responsibilities:
  • This position requires general understanding of Object Based Production (OBP) and Object Based Intelligence (OBI) with experience in All-Source, SIGINT, and/or IMINT Intelligence to help support MARS design and engineering solutions, establish logic-based rules to support ontology development, and support DIA operational requirements.
  • Design and guide MARS HYBRID engineering solution and prototype for future MARS OMS.
  • Develop logic-based rule sets for the Defense Intelligence Enterprise to support the five major areas within the Joint Military Intelligence Staff Functions.
  • Provide Defense Intelligence Agency and Combatant Command Global Support by establishing data and system governance, while applying structured Analytic Tradecraft Technique.
  • Support CCMD Exercises using OBP/OBI.

Qualifications
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph is required
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum three (3) years of overall combined SIGINT or IMINT experience highly desired.
  • Must have All-Source working experience in at least one Combatant Command Area of Responsibility (AOR).
  • Database knowledge and understanding highly recommended.
  • Experience working with MARS and MIDB databases highly desired but not required.
  • Database manager skills highly recommended but not requir ed.
  • Must have working experience in Object Based Production (OBP), Object Based Intelligence (OBI), Governance and Ontology, and other Intelligence/Analytical based programs.
  • Must have a minimum of 1-2+ years' experience in Order of Battle (OB) with knowledge in composition and disposition of forces methodology.
  • Targeting, Target Management, and Target Methodology (specifically Deliberate and Dynamic operations) highly desired.
  • Must have experience working with and/or consulting with senior leaders within all Military Branches, Major Commands, and National Agencies
  • Must have advanced skills in Microsoft Office.
  • A working knowledge in ISR and ISR Planning, Collection Management, Intelligence based systems, and NSRP is highly recommended/desired but not required.
  • Must be able to prepare and conduct briefings and training to senior staff, government officials, and agency personnel utilizing VTC, IC Connect and other means.
  • M ust be able to work independently with minimal Government oversight.
