Summary

A Managed Service Provider near Collegeville, PA is looking for a Level 2 Systems Engineer. This role requires server support and systems administration work. This is a full-time onsite role that does require some local travel.

This opportunity is great for a mid-level systems engineer/administrator that enjoys some travel to local clients. This is a very client-facing role and requires a candidate with an outgoing, friendly personality. It is also a great opportunity to gain more experience with Windows OS and server projects.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience doing server builds, upgrades, migrations, and support
Ability to provide hardware support/troubleshooting (PCs, phones)
Expert working with the M365 stack (O365, Intune, Teams, Azure AD)
Cloud (AWS/Azure) or VMware server support
Heavily experienced working with Active Directory
Ability to handle server backups and disaster recovery
Comfortable interacting directly with clients
Basic networking experience is a plus
