We are looking for TIBCO Support Engineer - Remote / Telecommute for our client in Cary, NC
Job Title: TIBCO Support Engineer - Remote / Telecommute
Job Type: Contract
Job Description:
- Provide L2 support for TIBCO middleware components including BW (BusinessWorks), EMS, Hawk, Administrator, and ActiveMatrix.
- Monitor and troubleshoot integration services and message queues.
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve incidents within defined SLAs.
- Collaborate with L3 support and development teams for complex issue resolution.
- Participate in deployment activities, patching, and upgrades.
- Maintain documentation for configurations, procedures, and known issues.
- Support disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
- Ensure compliance with security and audit requirements.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3 6 years of experience in TIBCO middleware support.
- Strong knowledge of TIBCO BW, EMS, Administrator, and Hawk.
- Experience with Unix/Linux environments and shell scripting.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and log analysis.
- Good understanding of integration patterns and SOA principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a 24x7 support environment (on-call rotation may be required).
- TIBCO certification(s) in BW or EMS.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Remedy).
