Job Title: Senior BI Analytics
Location: Manhattan Beach, CA (Preferred) | Open to Remote

The Senior Analytics Developer will design, develop, and optimize scalable BI and data solutions that empower data-driven decision-making. This role requires close collaboration with business and technical teams to deliver high-quality dashboards, ensure data accuracy, and apply advanced analytics using tools such as Incorta, Python, and SQL.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain interactive BI dashboards, reports, and data models using Incorta.
- Design and optimize ETL/ELT workflows for efficient data integration and transformation.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure data governance, quality, and system performance across analytics platforms.
- Apply analytics storytelling techniques to present insights that drive strategic decisions.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a BI/Analytics Developer.
- Hands-on experience with Incorta (mandatory).
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Apache Spark.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT design, and performance tuning.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in a global delivery model.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Prior experience in retail, footwear, or apparel industry analytics.
