Job Title: Infrastructure Operations lead
Location: Pleasant Prairie, WI / Flexible for Remote option

Job Summary
We are looking to fill an IO Lead role for an Ecommerce client.
This team member would be expected to oversee, guide, and represent our L2 support teams which consists of Windows, RHEL, Middleware, Telecom and Network Administrators.
Qualified candidates must have at least 10 years of technical experience.
- Develop innovative strategies to optimize IT infrastructure operations
- Implement cutting-edge technologies to enhance system performance
- Lead and mentor team members to ensure efficient operations
- Identify and resolve complex technical issues
- Continuously improve processes and procedures to streamline operations
