The ideal candidate will bring deep relationships within federal agencies, a proven track record of winning multi-million-dollar contracts, and a solid technical background that allows them to bridge the gap between customer needs and our solution capabilities.

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with key decision-makers across federal agencies (e.g., DoD, DHS, GSA, etc.).

  • Develop account plans and growth strategies tailored to target agencies.
  • Collaborate with internal technical, proposal, and delivery teams to shape winning solutions.
  • Leverage existing contract vehicles and past performance to position for upcoming opportunities.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of successful federal business development experience in the IT sector.
  • Proven track record of winning large-scale (> $5M) federal contracts.
  • Established relationships with government decision-makers and acquisition professionals.
  • Strong understanding of federal procurement processes and vehicles (e.g., GSA, IDIQs, GWACs).
  • Technical background degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience in areas such as cybersecurity, cloud services, enterprise IT, or digital transformation is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

This is a remote position but must live in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia area

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in or with system integrators and prime contractors.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, GovWin, SAM.gov) and pipeline management.
