We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Functional Oracle HCM Consultant specializing in Payroll and Benefits to join our team. The ideal candidate will combine expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM with comprehensive knowledge of payroll and benefits processes to provide seamless implementation, optimization, and support of related modules. This role demands excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and proven experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oracle HCM Cloud Expertise:
Lead the design, implementation, and support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules with a focus on Payroll and Benefits.
Translate business requirements into functional solutions within Oracle HCM.
Configure, test, and troubleshoot Oracle Cloud Payroll and Benefits modules to ensure system accuracy and reliability.
2. Client Collaboration:
Gather, analyze, and document client requirements to provide tailored solutions that align with business needs.
Serve as the subject matter expert for Oracle HCM Payroll and Benefits modules, offering consultation and guidance during client engagements.
3. Implementation & Support:
Assist in end-to-end implementation activities, including process design, configuration, testing, integrations, and go-live support.
Address system-related issues promptly, providing resolutions to ensure business continuity.
4. Process Improvement:
Identify and implement best practices for payroll and benefits processes to optimize system functionality and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with clients to continuously improve workflows and system utilization.
5. Training & Documentation:
Develop and deliver training sessions for user teams to ensure successful adoption of Oracle HCM Payroll and Benefits functionalities.
Maintain documentation, including process maps, user guides, and configuration details.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fields.
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Functional Oracle HCM Consultant, with specific expertise in Payroll and Benefits modules.
Strong knowledge of payroll processing, tax regulations, benefit administration, and compliance requirements.
Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects in payroll and benefits.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
Proficiency in system configuration, integrations with third-party tools, and report creation using Oracle HCM.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, complemented by the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Oracle HCM Cloud certification in Payroll or Benefits (preferred).
