Terms of Employment

W2 Contract, 12 months

This position is hybrid with Tuesday-Thursday in office.

The offices are located in Newark, Delaware and Carneys Point, New Jersey.

Core hours are 9 AM-3 PM.

Training will be in person.

Overview

Our client is seeking a Sr Project Manager to support the Customer Operations business portion of a joint IT project. This role focuses on business process and stakeholder engagement within a complex context, working alongside an IT Project Manager who supports the technical IT portions of the project. The ideal candidate will be an engaging project manager to ensure that IT changes are well-implemented to impacted business and related stakeholder processes.

Responsibilities

Deliver business requirements as defined in project scope.

Support executive and key stakeholder updates.

Partner with Customer Operations and IT key stakeholders, as well as the IT Project Manager and Project Financial Analyst, to deliver full project outcomes.

Key focus on change management and implementation of IT changes to impacted business and functional areas.

Development of stakeholder lists and stakeholder impact assessments.

Develop and implement change management plans.

Partner with Communications and Regulatory supporting messaging and impacts to the customer.

Identify and support training needs as a result of changes to key business processes.

Required Skills & Experience

Project management experience

Presence and organizational skills to track and deliver project deliverables

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong knowledge of change management principles.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with stakeholders.
