What would you do?

Job Description: Business Analyst

Location : Washington DC(4 days onsite in a week)

Role Overview:

The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring alignment between business needs and technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working Exp in Banking and financial services as a BA.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Create and maintain documentation, including BRDs, use cases, and process maps.
  • Perform gap analysis and assess the impact of business needs.
  • Support solution validation and ensure alignment with requirements.
  • Assist in change management and stakeholder communication.
  • Document test cases and manage risks/issues with mitigation plans.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in process modeling (e.g., BPMN, UML) and gap analysis.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and quality assurance support.
  • Familiarity with change management and risk management practices.
