Description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager/Senior Consultant to lead critical operational projects within a dynamic healthcare environment. This long-term contract role is based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and focuses on driving organizational success through strategic planning and execution. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in project management, operational processes, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities:
Oversee the full lifecycle deployment of Oracle Cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to refine project strategies and drive successful outcomes.
Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure timely delivery.
Lead change management initiatives to facilitate smooth transitions and adoption of new systems.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency across HR, Finance, and Procurement.
Monitor project progress and address potential risks or roadblocks proactively.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices throughout the project execution.
Foster effective communication among team members and stakeholders to maintain alignment on objectives.
Provide ongoing updates and reports to leadership on project status and milestones.

Requirements

At least 7 years of experience in project management, preferably in operational or healthcare settings.
Comprehensive knowledge of HR, Finance, and Procurement processes.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and foster collaboration across service lines.
Strong familiarity with Oracle Cloud technologies and their applications.
Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
Experience in change management strategies and implementation.
Certification in Oracle or related systems is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
