We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Senior IT Analyst to support the deployment and rollout of innovative workflow solutions. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with global teams and enhance operational efficiencies.
Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in testing activities, including Process Integration Testing (PIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Develop and standardize labeling and relabeling processes while coordinating with stakeholders for clear communication of changes.
- Support Design Operations teams by providing necessary assistance and ensuring alignment of operational standards.
- Identify areas for service and quality improvements, leading projects as a Subject Matter Expert.
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal customers to clarify processes and resolve issues.
- Maintain and create work instructions for new transitions and system implementations.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and legal requirements in all operations.
Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in project management and coordination of urgent requests.
- Ability to handle complex scenarios and troubleshoot effectively.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in a global operational environment or similar role.
- Familiarity with ISO and Quality Management System (QMS) standards.
- Knowledge of data analysis and report generation.
- Experience with automated solutions in operational contexts.
