Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled UI/UX Developer to join our onsite team in Woodland Hills, CA. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing and developing intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly web interfaces using AngularJS/Angular and ReactJS frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop modern, responsive user interfaces for web applications using ReactJS or AngularJS.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to validate and improve design concepts.
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into elegant user experiences.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to visualize design ideas.
Stay current with UI/UX trends, technologies, and best practices, ensuring innovative and user-centric design solutions.
Mentor and guide junior designers, ensuring consistency and quality across all design deliverables.
Work hand-in-hand with development teams to ensure design feasibility and implementation accuracy.
Analyze user behavior, feedback, and analytics data to inform iterative design improvements.
Ensure adherence to design standards, accessibility guidelines, and branding consistency across platforms.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in UI/UX design and front-end development, with a strong design portfolio.
Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
Strong hands-on experience with front-end frameworks AngularJS/Angular (mandatory) and ReactJS.
Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.
Proven experience in user research, usability testing, and accessibility standards.
Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
Ability to work effectively in Agile/Scrum environments.
Excellent attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.
