Business Analyst | Remote | 12 - Month Contract
 
Walker Healthforce is seeking a business analyst with experience supporting child support programs/systems for a public sector client. This is a remote role with a 12-month contract to start. 
 
START DATE: 9/8/2025
CONTRACT LENGTH: 12 months 
LOCATION:: Remote 
 
CORE REQUIREMENTS:
 
  • Experience with and a deep understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) phases including requirements gathering, design (functional and technical), development, testing, and implementation
  • Full scope child support program knowledge including familiarity with federal/state Title IV-D child support regulations and knowledge of associated business frameworks (examples: case initiation, paternity establishment, order establishment, enforcement and collection, etc.)
  • Experience with requirements management including conducting and supporting requirements validation sessions with business and technical stakeholders
  • Experience writing structured documentation aligned to government standards including functional system design documents (FSDD), technical system design documents (TSDD), test plans, and test result reports
