Job Title: Actimize Lead / Architect
Location: NYC, NY (Hybrid 2 3 days onsite)

Job Description (Short):
We are seeking a highly experienced Actimize Lead/Architect with 15+ years of expertise in designing, implementing, and leading enterprise-scale Actimize solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Actimize AIS, RCM, IFM, WLF, CDD/KYC, rule development, case management, tuning, and optimization.
The role requires leadership across architecture, solution design, integration, delivery oversight, and stakeholder communication for large financial/AML initiatives.
Required Skills:
  • 15+ years of IT experience with 10+ years in NICE Actimize
  • Strong expertise in Actimize AIS, RCM, IFM, SAM, WLF, CDD/KYC
  • Experience designing Actimize end-to-end architecture & AML ecosystems
  • Hands-on with rule writing, tuning, optimization, model enhancements
  • Strong understanding of AML, Fraud, Compliance, Financial Crime systems
  • Experience integrating Actimize with enterprise data sources (ETL, APIs, RDBMS)
  • Ability to lead teams, interact with business, and manage delivery
  • Strong communication skills and onsite/offshore coordination
