Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner to lead feature development within our Salesforce B2B environment. This role requires someone who can write detailed features based on EPICs, translate requirements into clear scope for architecture teams, and ensure that deliverables meet 100% of acceptance criteria. The ideal candidate will be self-directed, assertive, and capable of managing a dynamic and complex workload in 2025 and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
Author and refine features based on EPICs and AIS (Architecture Information System) to support business objectives.
Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and architecture teams, ensuring clear and actionable requirements.
Consult with architecture and delivery teams to confirm designs are feasible and aligned with requirements.
Validate that stories written by the delivery team fully meet acceptance criteria and drive their lifecycle through completion.
Work cross-functionally with business and technical stakeholders, translating business needs into actionable product features.
Maintain a strong understanding of Salesforce B2B, including pricing, catalog, and promotions.
Participate in SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) methodology, contributing to PI planning and backlog refinement.
Ensure all features are well-documented, tracked, and executed efficiently within project timelines.
Leverage tools such as Jira, Itrack, and MS Office for documentation, tracking, and collaboration.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Product Owner in a Salesforce environment, preferably B2B.
Strong ability to write clear, structured features based on EPICs.
Hands-on experience working with architecture teams to define and deliver technical solutions.
Familiarity with SAFe methodology and experience authoring features in an agile setting.
Experience working with both business and technical teams to drive alignment and execution.
Strong understanding of Salesforce products, particularly ASF – Cloudrunner (Business Instance).
Background in AT&T Business products or IT teams (preferred but not required).
Highly self-directed with strong ownership mentality and ability to work independently.
Assertive, curious, and capable of handling complex deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Jira, Itrack, and MS Office.
