Job Details

What You'll Do

Architect and implement Cora s core AI agent framework and orchestration logic
Build advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for enterprise-scale data
Develop contextual memory and knowledge graph systems that learn and evolve over time
Create robust AI observability and quality assurance systems
Develop predictive models to assess customer health, churn risk, and growth signals
Implement sentiment analysis and intent detection modules
Design intelligent feedback loops to optimize model accuracy and decision-making

Tech Stack

Languages & Frameworks: Python, FastAPI, React
Databases & Infrastructure: PostgreSQL, Redis
AI/ML Tooling: Langchain, Knowledge Graphs, RAG

Ideal Candidate

3+ years of experience in applied machine learning or AI product development
Strong knowledge of LLMs, RAG, and Langchain-based architectures
Experience building production-grade ML systems from scratch
Passionate about early-stage startups and building 0-to-1 products
Comfortable making architectural decisions and working cross-functionally
