Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Lead ML Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced machine learning solutions in the Telecom domain. The candidate will guide a team of ML engineers and data scientists to deliver scalable AI-driven systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead ML design, development, and productionization for telecom analytics use cases.

Architect ML pipelines integrating data ingestion, training, validation, and monitoring.

Mentor team members and ensure coding, testing, and deployment best practices.

Partner with product and data teams to translate telecom business needs into ML solutions.

Drive automation and optimization in ML workflows using Vertex AI, MLflow, or Kubeflow.

Required Skills & Experience:

10+ years of total experience with 5+ years in ML Engineering.

Telecom domain experience required (network, customer, or operational analytics).

Strong expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Spark.

Proven experience deploying ML models in production using CI/CD pipelines.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Preferred:

Hands-on with Google Cloud Platform, AWS, or Azure ML environments.

Knowledge of MLOps, model governance, and AI system scalability.
