SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

Introduction:

As an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting complex business processes in an SAP SuccessFactors LMS environment. You will play a key role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the learning management system to meet clients' needs. Your expertise in LMS reporting and exposure to PRD reporting will be essential in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Certification in SuccessFactors Learning Management System and Succession Management
• Design, implement, and support complex business processes in an SAP SuccessFactors LMS environment
• Efficiently and effectively operate the learning management system to meet clients' needs
• Expertise in LMS reporting and exposure to PRD reporting
• Perform all aspects of SuccessFactors LMS administration and Succession Management
• Work on integration with SuccessFactors module
• Participate in at least 1 full life cycle implementation in SuccessFactors or have experience in two SuccessFactors support engagements
