Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end materials planning and shortage management for high-volume compute and storage infrastructure.
Own day-to-day material availability execution with ODMs and manufacturers to ensure on-time build and delivery.
Interpret complex demand/supply and MRP data to identify risks and drive resolution plans.
Partner closely with internal stakeholders (planning, engineering, operations) and external suppliers/ODMs.
Proactively analyze data to enable allocation, PO coverage, and stock level optimization.
Communicate clearly across time zones with global teams; lead regular syncs with ODM partners.
Maintain reports and tracking in Google Sheets/Excel; Oracle ERP exposure preferred.
Must-Have Qualifications:
5+ years of hands-on experience in materials planning, supply chain execution, or production planning.
Proven experience managing ODMs or contract manufacturers in a dynamic supply chain setting.
Strong background in materials shortage management and operational planning.
Proficient in interpreting MRP and supply/demand reports using Excel/Google Sheets.
Prior experience in large-scale IT hardware, data center, or manufacturing environments.
Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Oracle or similar ERP tools.
Background in compute hardware, server manufacturing, or infrastructure build-outs.
Previous experience in a role titled Supply Chain Manager, Material Planner, or Manufacturing Planner.
Ability to travel internationally 1 2 times a year for supplier visits.
