Job Details

Ready to turn complex challenges into seamless product experiences for a leading entertainment company? As a Senior Product Analyst, you'll define and execute key initiatives in collaboration with stakeholders and partners across multiple lines of business. This role requires a deep understanding of both business and technical capabilities, identifying gaps and delivering product roadmaps for new functionalities.
A successful candidate will be highly collaborative, thrive in a matrixed environment while wearing multiple hats, and be comfortable working autonomously. You'll synthesize a variety of technologies into high-quality, user-friendly products and applications. As the subject matter expert for Supply Chain, you'll serve as a critical liaison between the business, development, implementation, and support teams, driving projects, enhancements, backlog management, and feature prioritization.
Responsibilities:
  • Participates in technical guidance and oversight.
  • Lead complex analysis, providing guidance and oversight.
  • Develops and maintains relationships with business, vendor, and technology stakeholders.
  • Provides thought leadership and asserts influence by driving small projects/initiatives to completion effectively and efficiently.
  • Provides subject matter knowledge on the business, associated processes, and systems.
  • Understands the Warehouse Management system configurations, and can work with the business to adjust configurations to meet changing business needs.
  • Manage relationships with multiple vendors providing support to Commercial off the Shelf (COTS) and Software as a Service (SaaS) products.
  • Manages project interdependencies in support of business strategies, roadmaps, and financial commitments.
  • Escalates issues and recommends appropriate solutions.
  • Identifies product and process improvement opportunities by staying involved in product sustainment and customer feedback.
  • Mentors team members on the application of best practices and standards.
  • Supports pre-project business case definition for large or complex projects.
  • Works with the business to determine the real issue that needs to be solved or the opportunity to do things differently.
  • Develops business cases to ensure benefits align with strategic and tactical business objectives.
  • Manages business engagement and stakeholder management activities for large or complex projects.
  • Leads creation of technical specification, data mappings, and user stories to enable system modification or development.
  • Works with project team, business, and other stakeholders to align roadmaps and strategy, understand the business needs, define requirements, guide work, schedule it for release, validate stakeholder responses, and provide feedback.
  • Ensures requirements are aligned to the business goals of the project and refined to a sufficient level of detail to allow Architects and Software Engineers to design, develop, and implement appropriate solutions.
  • Identifies high-level solution options for the business.
  • Reviews and sign-offs on solution designs, ensuring business requirements are verified, validated, and delivered.
  • Combines business requirements into prioritized backlog grouped into project iterations in time to allow design/delivery to commence.
  • Manages the scope and traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that they are understood by the project team and met by the delivered solution.
  • Participates in functional design, construction, and testing.
  • Ensures the benefits, impact, and release of all changes are tracked and managed.
  • Ensures the required outcomes are built, tested, communicated, and delivered on time and within budget.
  • Assists in identifying and managing risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Assists in third-party/vendor assessments and reviews contracts to ensure that they accurately support business requirements.
  • Supports the business in business, technical, and financial feasibility assessments.
Basic Qualifications:
  • 5 to 10 years of Business analysis experience or similar.
  • Technical product knowledge in Warehouse management or Supply Chain.
  • Experience leading discussions with senior leaders across business and technology.
  • Experience driving product strategy and optimization efforts for supply chain spanning multiple lines of business.
  • Understanding of Agile technical practices, DevOps, and testing concepts (CI/CD, TDD).
  • Ability to think strategically and drive ideas into tactical action plans that produce results.
  • A positive outlook and willingness to take personal initiative, the ability to work in a collaborative environment, and individually as well.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, understand, and drive resolution of complex critical issues. Experience in configuring systems.
  • Experience in capturing, reporting needs, and translating those to paper.
  • Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a similar field, or related work experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience with Blue Yonder WMS is preferred but not required.
  • Experience with the implementation of large systems.
  • Troubleshooting Blue Yonder WMS systems and or testing.

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Participate in OP monthly team meetings and participate in team-building efforts.
  • Contribute to OP technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.
  • Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
  • Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
