Job Details
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, analyze processes, and deliver data-driven recommendations that drive business performance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
Identify opportunities for improving business processes and systems.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
Create clear and concise reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate findings.
Conduct market and competitor analysis to support strategic planning.
Facilitate meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
Work with IT and development teams to implement solutions and ensure alignment with business goals.
Support project management tasks such as scope definition, risk assessment, and timeline tracking.
Perform data analysis using tools like Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
Participate in user acceptance testing and provide training and support as needed.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or related field.
2 5 years of experience in a business analyst or similar role.
Experience in [industry-specific experience, e.g., finance, healthcare, tech] is a plus.
Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in requirements gathering and documentation.
Familiarity with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
Hands-on experience with BI and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Strong SQL skills (preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies (preferred).
Preferred Certifications (not mandatory):
Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA)
Agile certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, SAFe)
