Overview
Job Purpose
ICE Data Services, a subsidiary of Intercontinental Exchange, is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager with a strong technical background to join our product development team. This team is focused on driving the execution of ICE Data Services product initiatives to align the content and solutions capabilities with client demand. In this role you will work with business teams to define strategies for key capabilities that meet the needs of product solutions being developed.
This individual will be responsible for driving the product vision and executing short-term development that aligns with that longer-term vision. The individual will collaborate with Development, Evaluations staff, Data Science, and Business Development teams on product requirements, design, documentation, and content enhancement strategies. This role will require the ability to manage multiple concurrent efforts and must effectively operate in a fast-paced, hands-on, and dynamic business environment where new business opportunities are pursued quickly.

New York Base Salary Range
The expected base salary for this role, if located in New York, is between $75,000 - 170,000 USD. The base salary range does not include Intercontinental Exchange's incentive compensation. While we provide this range as general guidance, at ICE we compensate employees based on the skillset and experience of the individual. Regular full-time ICE employees are eligible for a suite of competitive employee benefits, including healthcare coverage (medical, dental and vision), a 401(k) plan, life insurance, time off, and paid leave for qualifying circumstances.

Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of the respective products' competitive landscape and ICE's current strengths and weaknesses.
- Gather client feedback, either directly or through internal sources, to ensure product vision will meet client needs.
- Identify gaps and enhancements needed to strengthen the content offering.
- Partner with the Evaluation Staff / Business Analysts / Data Science teams to develop the respective roadmaps and strategies and collaborate on how to maximize product ROI.
- Assist in the analysis of current results and quantify effectiveness of development enhancements.
- Manage the Business Analyst process of gathering detailed functional requirements and/or technical specifications.
- Responsible for working with downstream interfaces to ingest any new or enhanced content.
- Partner with product marketing, business development, and sales teams to help successfully bring products to market.
- Oversee the creation of product documentation and materials for PreSales, Sales, and Account Management to raise awareness, train, and demo the capabilities to clients and other partners.
Knowledge and Experience
- Undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Math, Engineering, or Technology.
- Demonstrated ability to understand financial market clients' needs, specific around portfolio management, trading functions, middle and back-office functions.
- Proficient in large data analysis, data modeling, and query languages such as SQL or Python
- Strong knowledge of the financial data industry
- Knowledge of agile and conventional project management methods, standards, and processes
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a willingness to learn new things and tackle a range of challenges and blockers as they arise.
- Ability to work on a project and bring to completion with minimal guidance.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with an ability to build strong relationships across the organization.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to see the big picture but also can execute tactical day-to-day tasks and projects.
