Senior Devops

Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced DevOps professional to lead the design, development, deployment, and management of cloud-based infrastructure solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in AWS and other cloud platforms, a strong background in Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and a passion for automation and operational excellence. This role requires leadership in cloud architecture, secure development practices, and cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and manage cloud infrastructure using IaC tools such as CloudFormation and Terraform. Lead full lifecycle cloud development, DevOps engineering, and support activities. Establish cloud architecture best practices to optimize performance, cost, and security across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform. Demonstrate advanced proficiency in AWS services including EC2, Fargate, S3, SNS, SQS, Lambda, API Gateway, Auto Scaling, and Kinesis. Conduct audits and assessments of cloud environments to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement. Mentor developers and cloud engineers on secure networking and application/cloud security best practices. Promote an automation-first culture by leading initiatives in provisioning, deployment, configuration management, and monitoring. Evaluate and adopt emerging cloud technologies and tools to drive innovation. Lead incident response and troubleshooting for cloud infrastructure issues. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions. Implement robust monitoring and logging using tools such as New Relic, Logz, Loki, ELK stack, Prometheus, and Grafana. Apply broad technical expertise across software engineering, system integration, cloud platforms, and event-driven architecture. Practice SAFe Agile methodologies throughout the development lifecycle. Provide leadership in development technologies including Java, NodeJS, React, MongoDB, NoSQL, REST APIs, Spring Framework, JSON, JUnit, and CI/CD pipelines. Required Qualifications Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 6 years of experience in cloud infrastructure design and management. Advanced expertise in AWS; hands-on experience with Azure and Google Cloud Platform is a plus. Proven experience designing and operating scalable systems in high-volume environments. Strong self-motivation, proactivity, and results-oriented mindset. Up-to-date knowledge of software development tools and cloud technologies. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills for engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience collaborating across development, data engineering, infrastructure, and IT support teams. Solid foundation in secure software development and application security. Proficiency in CI/CD processes and debugging/testing methodologies. Advanced skills in containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes. Preferred Qualifications Experience in retail platforms or similar industries. Familiarity with enterprise architecture and event-driven systems. Education: Bachelors Degree
