Financial Reporting Analyst - Mutual Funds
Denver CO
Hybrid 3 days office and 2 days WFH
Rate: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour without benefits
5 to 7 years experience

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare mutual fund shareholder annual and semi-annual reports.
  • Prepares, edits, and maintains all financial reporting schedules such as Fund Financial Statement, Schedule of Investment and Tailored Shareholding Reporting.
  • Help prepare other financial reporting deliverables Including SEC regulatory filings Form N-MFP, Form PF, Form CPO-PQR, Form 24f-2. Mutual funds Prospectus and SAI information.
  • Researches and resolves moderately complex problems
  • Support team in all aspects of the above deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain procedures for all team deliverables.

Minimum Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
  • Comprehensive accounting knowledge.
  • Must be detail oriented and highly analytical.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in mutual fund accounting or reporting preferred.
  • Ability to comprehend and utilize complex procedures with minimal guidance.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Advanced Excel and Word knowledge, Outlook a plus.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
