responsibilities:
- Extract and analyze data from employee survey applications to generate meaningful reports.
- Using Power BI reports and extracting data from Workday to support monthly reporting.
- Provide month-end reporting support, primarily during the first 1-2 weeks of each month, ensuring timely and precise data submission.
- Conduct meticulous audit of scorecards double-checking numbers for accuracy.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including data dictionaries, glossaries, and step-by-step guides with screenshots for various reporting processes.
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data by understanding filters, criteria, and lineage within reporting tools.
- Collaborate with HR partners to define reporting needs and improve reporting processes.
qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR reporting, data analytics, or related fields.
- Strong proficiency in using Microsoft Power BI reports and Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and data validation).
- Ability to understand and document complex data retrieval processes.
- Strong technical writing skills, with experience creating step-by-step guides, glossaries, or other documentation.
- Experience with survey applications and Workday, Workday Peakon.
- Background in data visualization and dashboard creation.
- Prior exposure to SQL or other database querying tools

- Knowledge of data governance principles, lineage tracking, and reporting best practices.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to self-review work for accuracy.
